Order FAQ

  • HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    Your Invicta Stores tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. If you are registered at Invicta Stores Online, simply Sign In with your Username and Password and go directly to the My Orders section. Users who checked out as a guest can not see order information online.
    IMPORTANT NOTES:
    - If your order contains multiple items, they may ship from different locations. This, many times, may result in multiple tracking numbers or items arriving at different times depending on where they have shipped from.

    - It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available online.
  • HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
    If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive two emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you your order has shipped and contains your Invicta Stores order tracking number.
  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ONLINE ORDER?
    Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. Please see our return policy for additional information.
  • WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
    Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within 4-5 business days. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method. Please note - orders placed with expedited shipping methods are prioritized however does not include packing/handling time.
  • WHAT IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND INVICTA STORES DOESN'T HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK?
    While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders at this time.
  • CAN I PURCHASE OR REDEEM AN INVICTA STORES GIFT CARD ONLINE?
    Gift Cards can be purchased and redeemed in stores only at this time.
  • HOW CAN I FIND AN ITEM I SAW IN AN INVICTA RETAIL STORE?
    If you need help locating a Retail Store item, please call our customer service department. We can help source the item for you if you can't find it on our website.
  • PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
    As a courtesy, we offer a one-time price adjustment in the form of a store credit if an item is reduced within 3 days from the purchase date. Frequent requests for price adjustments could result in your account getting flagged or suspended for potential misuse of this policy. The item must be in stock to qualify for the price adjustment. Simply call Customer Care or send an email request for a store credit of the price difference. Items purchased on sale, promo, clearance or which are otherwise excluded by Invicta Stores, in its sole discretion, qualify and the difference of the promotion will be credited. Not applicable to Gift Card purchases or where prohibited by law. Invicta Stores offers many coupons and discounts during various promotional periods. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
  • MONITORING RETURNS
    Invicta Stores monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at www.urldial.com and at any of its retail stores in all instances. The system ensures that only those with highly irregular return, exchange, or credit request behavior are affected. This approach allows us to offer a more lenient and flexible return policy for the vast majority of our customers.
  • COUPON AND DISCOUNTS POLICY
    Please note that coupon code: PRE40 is exclusive to Pre-owned items. Exclusions apply to our coupons and promotions and they are subject to change at any time. Our promotional coupons are not always applicable to certain sections, categories, or brands on our website that already have fixed low prices. We reserve the right to expand these exclusions when necessary. Coupons can not be combined.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    International users - Invicta Stores allows international orders. Unfortunately, our international order processing system does not allow further promotional codes or discounts. Please note that watches or jewelry containing Mother of Pearl, Rosewood, Mahogany, and Ebony material are restricted from being shipped to select countries. Additionally, restrictions apply to Lithium power banks/ rechargers and items deemed hazardous. Items with batteries are restricted for shipping to Puerto Rico and can not be ordered at www.urldial.com. Shipping of Jewelry and Fragrance items are also restricted to certain countries.   • IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY WATCHES I CAN ORDER?
    Yes, you may purchase up to 50 units of the same watch per transaction on our website. Our merchandise is not authorized for re-sale; we enforce this policy by limiting online watch purchases to 50 of each watch style per order. If you're interested in volume purchasing, please contact us.
  • WHERE DOES INVICTA STORES ACCEPT ORDERS FROM?
    We are able to accept orders within the 48 continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii and more than 50 countries around the world.

  • HOW DO I PICK THE RIGHT TIMEPIECE?
    Selecting a watch is a very personal choice. Among the most important considerations are formal versus modern, color, band material or size. Many of our most dedicated Invicta collectors seek out timepieces based on unique automatic movements, exclusive or rare numbered collections, and bold styles.
  • HOW DO I SIZE MY WATCH?
    We are pleased to offer free band sizing adjustments for Invicta watches purchased at any of our official Invicta Stores and www.urldial.com. In regions not within a convenient distance to one of our stores, most jewelers or watch repair vendors can adjust your timepieces to the perfect fit. You can also make adjustments yourself with a basic watch sizing toolkit if you are comfortable with removing small pins and links.
  • HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY WATCH?
    We hope you enjoy your new timepiece and take the time to read the care instructions  to ensure its precise operation and longevity. By doing so, you will help give it a long life and keep it operating at the high-quality standards by which it was crafted. Since many Invicta timepieces have been tested for water resistance, one of the most common watch case reminders we offer is to always close the crown tightly after setting the time. We also recommend carefully cleaning your timepiece as necessary as well as having it inspected annually by a certified watchmaker to ensure the gaskets are in proper condition.

  • DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

    As an eCommerce store we are required to collect sales tax from buyers in states where a retail store of our business is established. Also, following IRS rules, if we pass certain revenue thresholds in orders shipped to a specific state, we are obligated to start charging sales tax in those specific states. Shipping & Returns

  • WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
    www.urldial.com offers free ground shipping on orders over $99.00. We also offer customers the opportunity to upgrade to expedited shipping of any order for a small fee, allowing two day or next day delivery via FedEx. All orders over $500 or with an apt/suite # will require a Signature.
  • WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
    All confirmed orders will be packaged and shipped within four to five business days and the tracking number will be sent to the registered email address and available in the My Account section. FedEx Ground packages typically arrive within 4 to 5 business days after shipment.
  • MY ORDER IS SHOWING DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T GET IT. WHERE IS IT?
    Most carriers will mark a package as “Delivered” when it is still "Out for Delivery" that day. We recommend checking for a “Delivery Attempted” notification left by the carrier; they may be attempting to reach you to deliver your package. If you still have not received or are unable to locate your package by the 2nd business day (no later than the 5th day ) after it has been marked delivered or have additional questions, please contact us by calling us at 1-844-468-4282 so that we can file a “lost package” claim on your behalf. Please note on “delivered” packages is to our discretion to reship or apply an online credit for the amount. No refunds will be applied.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    Effective for all orders placed as of April 7th: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, www.urldial.com offers a full refund or exchange for all qualified returns made within 14 days of receiving your product. Returns after 14 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will not provide labels after 45 days for any reason. Please note that retail store purchases are subject to the retail stores policy which differs from www.urldial.com. Items purchased at a retail store can only be returned at one of our retail locations.

    *Final Sale Items Include: First Edition watches, Pre-owned watches, and Select Lifestyle Items. Oakley items, Gadgets, Books, Sunglasses, and any items that are labeled final sale are not applicable for a return. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.

    Qualifying items purchased from www.urldial.com must be returned in new condition (not worn, sized or otherwise modified) with proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for online purchases. Clearance products, repair services, warranties, and gift cards are non-refundable.

    Customers can request a return easily here. Your credit will be processed as soon as we receive the product and it has been inspected. Please take care not to return orders that have been worn, adjusted or sized. We can not issue a credit for their return.


Warranty & Repair

  • WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
    Timepieces purchased from Invicta Stores are covered by a comprehensive three-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers repairs due to failure or breakdown of the movement and all its components, as well as the crown, dial, markers, hands and water-resistant pressure. It does not cover scratches to the crystal, case, metal band, leather, microfiber, or rubber straps or any damage that results from normal wear and tear. Details
  • HOW DO I REQUEST A REPAIR?
    As a benefit to our customers, we accept any Invicta watch for repair at brick and mortar Invicta Store locations. Please have your warranty card and receipt available, if applicable for warranty coverage. A typical repair timeline is 90 days from the date of that analysis, as timepieces often must be shipped to the master craftsmen who originally created it for the best repair quality. Any costs incurred for non-warranty repairs will be communicated for approval before work is completed. Do I have a Swiss Made Invicta?

  • HOW CAN I TELL IF I HAVE A SWISS MADE INVICTA WATCH?
    The Swiss government's quality standards in watch manufacturing have turned "Swiss Made" into one of the most sought-after signs of high-quality timepieces. A change to Swiss law in January 2017 increased the standards requiring 60% of the watch value and components to be from Switzerland, and while many recent and upcoming Invicta styles carry this badge of honor, unfortunately, select Invicta watch styles do not meet the new standard. While these select styles were originally designed and photographed with a "Swiss Made" at the 6-o-clock position on the dial, timepieces carrying the same model number manufactured after January 1, 2017, will now no longer have that text. We do offer many true Swiss Made styles, and many more to come, that comply with the new stringent standards. www.urldial.com offers a return or exchange on qualifying styles within 30 days of purchase.
